These terms govern your use of Keyframe Cooking and its courses.
By accessing or enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & enrollment
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to enroll. Enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable seat. We may require identity or age verification to comply with law and ensure classroom safety.
- Provide accurate profile details during sign-up and checkout.
- Seats cannot be resold or shared. Group access requires a team license.
- We may modify scheduling, instructors, or curricula to improve learning outcomes.
Accounts & access
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- Do not share passwords or access tokens. Use a strong password and enable multi-factor authentication if available.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or security risks.
Course delivery & scheduling
Courses may be live, on-demand, or blended. We strive to publish accurate schedules and content outlines.
- Live sessions: times are listed at checkout; recordings may be provided when permitted.
- On-demand: access is available during the stated access window displayed at purchase.
- We may replace ingredients, tools, or lessons with equivalent alternatives when necessary.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely. Refunds may be available within a limited window if less than 20% of course content is consumed.
- Pricing and currency are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
- We use third-party processors; you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Refunds: request within 14 calendar days of purchase and before consuming 20% of content or attending a live session beyond the intro segment.
- Exclusions: gift cards, downloadable-only assets, and completed private coaching are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Chargebacks: open a support ticket first; unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
- Subscriptions (if offered): renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
To request a refund, include your order ID, email used at checkout, and a brief reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Acceptable use
- No unauthorized sharing of course materials.
- No attempts to bypass security or access others’ accounts.
- Respect community guidelines during discussions.
- No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated copying of content.
- No uploading malware, spam, or harmful code.
- No recording live sessions without written permission.
- No using course content to create competing products or datasets for model training.
Student submissions
You retain ownership of recipes, notes, photos, and other materials you submit. You grant Keyframe Cooking a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and adapt your submissions for class delivery, moderation, and promotional showcases, with attribution where feasible. You warrant you have rights to the submitted materials.
Intellectual property
All course content is owned by Keyframe Cooking or its instructors and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
- License: revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, for personal learning only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, translate, sell, or publicly display course content without permission.
- We respect copyright law. To report infringement, provide a detailed notice identifying the work, the infringing material, your contact info, and a good-faith statement.
Health & safety
Cooking involves sharp tools, heat, allergens, and perishable foods. Always follow instructions, local food safety regulations, and manufacturer guidance for equipment.
- Check for allergies and dietary restrictions before consuming or serving dishes.
- Use appropriate protective gear and maintain a clean workstation.
- We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or adverse reactions arising from improper technique or ingredient handling.
Privacy
We process your data as described in our privacy practices. Video sessions may be recorded to improve instruction and provide replays when permitted. Do not disclose sensitive personal information during live sessions or forums.
Third-party services
We may integrate video platforms, chat, payment processors, or delivery services. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for availability or performance of third-party services.
Disclaimers
Cooking involves inherent risks. Always follow safety guidance included in each course.
- Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or competition results.
- From time to time, content may contain typographical errors; we correct them as discovered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyframe Cooking and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, fraud, or security concerns. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, features, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
